Over the years, Evgenya has been involved in a wide variety of design projects including commercial and industrial business parks, multi-family residential condominiums, community centers, retail and mixed-use buildings.
It is through this experience that Evgenya has gained a thorough understanding of client’s critical needs and expectations while maintaining a high level of design integrity and commitment to efficient, high quality, and timely service delivery.
Evgenya’s innovative design solutions, strong business fundamentals, team and project management skills have enabled her to lead Knopov Design Group’s growth and innovative projects.
Evgenya Knopov holds a Master Degree in Architecture from the Moscow Architectural Institute (State Academy).
Evgenya started her career as an architect in Moscow, continued on to do key design project in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
Evgenya opened doors of Knopov Design Group in Calgary in 2010. She works with a team of experienced designers and technologists, engaging licensed architects in her projects when required.
Evgenya has extensive international experience, she has worked on projects in Russia, Israel and North America. She holds an architectural license in Israel and ran a successful architectural practice out of Jerusalem for 10 years, prior to moving to Canada.

Roman Hul holds a Master Degree in Architecture from Lvov State University in the Ukraine.
Roman started his professional career as an Architect for the Ministry of Education, working on many Institutional projects in Ukraine and Russia.
Since 2002 Roman has worked for leading architectural offices in Calgary as a Senior Architectural Technologist, Manager of Production Department.
After more than 25 years of extended experience Roman started his own company Archicon in 2009.
From 2015 Archicon works with Knopov Design Group. Roman’s expertise lies in diverse knowledge of the construction industry, building codes and new technologies.
Roman's vast experience in coordination and communication with project engineers and clients allows for strong client satisfaction through all stages of the project.
