KDG was hired to double the size of the existing and very successful Cochrane Collision and Repair shop.
The design requirements included: upgrading the existing office area, doubling the shop and repair spaces building a new paint booth, lunch and meeting rooms.
All existing elevations were redone to match the new addition. The proposed building design met the client's program and was tailored to their vision.
UNIQUE FEATURE
This 10,000 sq.ft. project carried logistical and design challenges.
The project and construction had to accommodate the existing shop, which continued operating throughout the whole duration of the construction process.
