We were hired by our long-time client to design a unique commercial project on 1.25 acre lot next to a treed municipal reserve strip in the heart of Rocky Mountains. Our project is located in the corner of the newly developed Limestone Valley Business Park and borders the residential development of River’s bend.
Two buildings with 24 units in both with building area about 2300 square meters were designed by us. The individual units are ranging from 940 squire feet to 2040 square feet. Every unit has an option of being customized to its owner’s needs. Park Place offers a perfect space for collectors, entrepreneurs and artists. The space can be used as a luxury storage for recreational or collectors vehicles, small businesses and art studios. Each unit offers a mezzanine for storage, personal uses or an occupant office. Visitor parking and the buildings will be tastefully landscaped with trees and shrubs.
